My first experience with these guys was excellent. It was clear that they don't simply throw money at problems and only repair things that actually need fixing or maintenance. The communication was great as they were easily contactable throughout the day and made sure to keep me in the loop. The cost is very reasonable and competitive . I purchased 2 used cars (C250 and ML350) from MacGregor Mercedes last year and year before with factory warranty. I obviously received a great deal and support each time. The ML350 (under warranty) had some AC issues recently. The support and help I received from the service department were more than excellent. The service advisor, Jasmine was extremely helpful and understanding. Normally people care less, after a sale, but this is what after sales service is all about. Had nothing but an amazing experience with the guys at this dealership. As a salesperson myself I was firm with what I wanted and needed. Went in to look at a car and walked out with my car traded on the spot, finance and insurance that was far better suited to my needs than other options I have used and been happy with previously and a new car that has exceeded my expectations from the minute I drove it out of the yard. The turn around for all of this was a few business days including having after market options fitted. Aiden and George were both terrific and would recommend them without hesitation.
